Celebrate: Captured Moments

Discover. Play. Build.

Today, I share some of the sights that made this week a celebration.

Second graders using TinkerCad
to design objects for the 3D printer.

A student dropping in to share a note
that she had written to Jane Goodall.

The second graders coming back
for another day of research.

Two fifth graders, who join me for lunch on Fridays,
finding a way to make fire by reflecting (or refracting?) light.

(...and creating characters on the backs!)

The fourth graders creating poetry using text from the
I Have A Dream Speech on Word Mover.

Walking to school was a technicolor experience:

  ...and full of questions, like
"How did this flower land so perfectly?"

There are always moments that cannot be captured, but those I hold safely in my memory.  Happy Saturday!

  1. Beautiful photos, love that spring is here! I love the photos of such engaged learners! I know so many of them are awaiting summer, and it's always so nice to see them still busy learning. Have a great week!
